Designing Around the Space

This basement area had duct work, columns, waste lines and other mechanicals that we designed around. A stair wall was removed and replaced with a newel post, spindles and railing to open up the stairwell.

Other features to include:

• Exercise Area
• Shelf or half wall in exercise area
• TV area
• Water meter to be enclosed in closet
• Sump to be enclosed in closet
• Replace 2 windows with glass block
